Lindum has grown on its reputation for consistently high quality turf and excellent service. We offer nine grades of quality turf using top-rated, named cultivars and grown on stone-free, sandy loam soils. All our turf is grown to the highest turf industry standard, with full irrigation for year round production.
Our friendly and professional team provides an efficient, quality service. We have a network of distributors and can arrange delivery of large or small quantities of turf to suit your requirements nationwide. Our full agronomy and nutrition service ensures that your turf arrives in peak condition and we can advise you on how to maintain your turf in your specific growing environment. We can supply seed mixtures of our all turf grades to suit your needs.
Lindum products are used across the UK in gardens, parks, retail, offices and building developments, as well as at visitor attractions and stately homes. A grade for all requirements and budgets is available from our comprehensive range. Below are the ones we particularly recommend for landscaping use.
LT7 Festival – Attractive with a strong green colour, renowned for its hard wearing and good recovery properties. Ideal for general landscaping, ornamental lawns and parks.
LT9 Rhizomatous Tall Fescue (RTF) – RTF is an exciting new type of grass which is suitable for drought conditions with excellent wear and recovery properties. It has a dark green colour, can be mowed to 12mm and is ideal for all landscaping use.
LT3 Ryegreen – Exceptionally fine leafed Ryegrass, providing an ornamental look, with less maintenance than traditional ornamental lawns. Hardwearing with good recovery and can be mown to 6mm.
All turf grades can be supplied as:
- Standard size or large rolls - 600mm (24”), 720mm (29”) or 1050mm (42”) wide.
- Washed Turf - for quicker establishment and rooting.
- Thick Rootzone Turf - supplied as 40mm thick large roll for instant use.
